Playing Catch-Up

Well, Gabriel and I have been having all kinds of fun and adventures the last few weeks.  However, sinus issues & schedules have kept me from blogging for the majority of it.  So, let's work our way backwards with a little bonus....

Saturday:
I had my nephew Elijah on Friday night, so Morgan was gracious enough to join us for an adventure in ornament painting at Earth & Fire in New Albany.  I was WAY TOO PREOCCUPIED to take any pictures while in the studio (read: 5 year old & 7 year old very excited and wanting to touch everything) but here's some fun pics from Coffee Crossing afterwards.  Morgan wanted a blueberry muffin, however I think she was just excited about the whole affair, and Kenna and Kaleb were there too!  She DID love the hot chocolate!

On Friday, Gabriel and I made our SECOND trip to The Academy at St. Andrews in Louisville, due to a box mixup....This time we did the smart thing and picked up my mom on the way (greatly reducing "lost nanny" syndrome)  We went by Kohls and picked up some long sleeved t-shirts for nephew Jordan, Gigi Donna didn't need much time to completely bond with little man
Is this not the look of someone getting exactly what they want?  Gabriel knows his own mind for sure.
Later on Friday,  Gabriel and I took a little trip to the pediatrician to hook up switch out with  mommy, (I dropped him off and went back to meet Morgan)  poor guy was not feeling so great :(  He was also very unhappy to get back into the car seat.  But he looked adorable when he came home in his new moose cap!
Morgan came home from school so tired, that I was able to get some adorable pictures of her trying to wake up!
One more adorable picture of Gabriel from Friday!

Thursday was a big day for us!  We went out to St. Andrews to pick up some sweatshirt (where my nephew Jordan goes to school)  We got a little lost, Gabriel decided to opt for sleep over navigational duties.  When we found our way back to the highway, we headed to Panerra and met mommy for lunch (Gabriel's, not mine!)  We got there a little earlier than expected so I had cup of coffee and a pumpkin muffin.  Gabriel woo'd over the entire section where we were sitting.  Such a little charmer!  I didn't get many pictures, because we were on the go and Gabriel wasn't feeling to hot, but here are a few from our day:

Wednesday we had a pretty mellow day, I was still in recovery mode and pretty tired from day before, so we just chilled....I don't think Gabriel  minded!
 Do you?
When Morgan got home, she did a dance for Gabriel.  He LOVED the hot pink shirt and Morgans stellar dance moves:

Last week was pretty fun as well, Friday Morgan came home from school pretty excited about trick or treating and Thursday Gabriel and I had our first car ride together when I picked him up at Mommy's work. I think the pictures speak for themselves .....
